Beyond the ordinary
About Us
Andy and Amanda’s journey began at one of the most challenging moments imaginable. Just before Christmas 2025, they came close to losing everything they had worked so hard to build. The uncertainty was overwhelming, and the path forward was far from clear.
Rather than walking away, they chose to rebuild — with empathy, fairness, and community at the centre of every decision.
Having experienced first‑hand how quickly circumstances can change, Andy and Amanda understood how many people struggle simply to afford basics others take for granted. That understanding shaped a new direction: building a business that supports people rather than excluding them.
This commitment is reflected in the subsidy plan, launching soon, designed to ensure that those with limited means can still access the same care and support as everyone else. No judgement, no compromise on standards — just a practical way to make things fairer.
Care for the wider community also means care for the environment and local wildlife. Reducing waste has become a core focus, with arrangements in place to ensure surplus and waste food is redirected to local animal parks, where it can do genuine good rather than go to landfill.
Today, the business stands as proof that resilience, compassion, and responsibility can grow out of hardship. Built from experience, strengthened by values, and guided by a desire to make a positive impact, Andy and Amanda continue to focus on what matters most: supporting people, protecting resources, and giving back wherever possible.
This isn’t just a business — it’s a shared effort to do better, together.
Our Mission
To support people who need it most, reduce waste, and build a business that puts compassion, dignity, and community first.
We believe access to essential services should never depend solely on what someone can afford, and that success should benefit the wider community — people and animals alike.
Our Values
Fairness
Everyone deserves access, respect, and understanding, regardless of their circumstances.
Compassion
We lead with empathy, shaped by real experiences and a genuine desire to help.
Community
We believe strong communities are built by supporting one another — especially during difficult times.
Responsibility
From affordability to waste reduction, we take responsibility for our impact on people, animals, and the environment.
Resilience
Setbacks don’t define us. How we respond to them does.
Built from resilience and guided by compassion, Andy and Amanda rebuilt their business after nearly losing everything in late 2025. Today, they are focused on supporting those who can’t afford much through an upcoming subsidy plan, while reducing waste by ensuring surplus food helps local animal parks. Their mission is simple: fair access, less waste, and meaningful support for the community.
